Selling is not, and is always not begin with product offering. It should be started with opportunity identification where product offering should be based on the opportunity that have been identified.

The nature of business is based on two assumptions
1. Customer demand/need is uncertain
2. Competition between supplier is uncertain

If both of customer and competition is uncertain, supplier should make decision based on this circumstances. Supplier should be buy when price low and sell when price high. Supplier should be able to detect this pattern.

If supplier in the position to buy when the price is high. It should be buy the most profitable one with careful calculation.

Transaction only can be and should be performed in extreme position where the biggest spread margin
