Long term energy planning: Indonesia

Energy planning usually involve energy cost, emission and renewable contribution and various hard metric that helps to find which plan/scenario that can be used. But implementing energy planning in Indonesia face two biggest challenges:

1. Geography
On the national level, it might seem balanced, but on the province level it might seen a wide gap. Some province has good infrastructure, some has very bad infrastructure. Some has resources, some have not.

2. Electrification: Deployment/Inter-Agency/Bureaucratic
What KPI that helps to accelerate the energy planning e.g electrification
What is all the positive factor of energy planning

3. Environment
What is all negative factor of energy planning
