A quick overview on Indonesia energy policy in several papers such as Kumar (2016) using LEAP develop scenario to assess renewable for energy security that can reduce up to 81% CO2 emission in Indonesia. Another study from Thangavelu et al (2015) on optimal energy mix in the long term, this study using stochastic energy planning, which is interesting, the paper describe the problem statement and the objective clearly so the results is understandable which are 26% reduction in cost and 53% reduction in GHG. Mujiyanto and Tiess (2013) suggest that energy policy for Indonesia is required. Quick overview with another related paper is on the relation of energy and economy, Agustina et al (2011) perform analysis on the fuel subsidy policies and its effect
