In a relaxing afternoon conversation, I have discussion on what is the most important thing or concept that can explain a behavior of a friend, an explanation why political deadlock happened, or why some controversial things appear. The answer, it is all root cause of problem because of economy. Economy as simple defined by welfare system or welfare level. It is explaining why under developing economy class (people/country) tend to make mistake (resource curse). It is simple about money. Economy is a system, and economics is study on the system, and from computer science perspective, system is very complex, especially it is social system.
Management is the attainment of organizational goals in an effective and efficient manner through planning, organizing, leading, and controlling organizational resources (Richard Daft, 2010)
