Whats wrong with Indonesia Budget: Health Expenditure

leave a comment »

A. Indonesia health spending as part of GDP is only 3.0% compare with OECD 9.3%.
What does it means? it can be means that average Indonesian did not taking health matter seriously.

B. Indonesia health spending composition of public sector is only 40% compare with OECD 72%
What does it means? it can be means that average Indonesian pay more for their health services.

What is the solutions
Short term? change national budget -the best solution for short term politician
Long term? increase economy -difficult, teardropping

Short term is pragmatic one. Any selected government might choose this. They can use the best accountant in the nation to change, to compute until the best calculation to find the everyone happy composition. But it is not long term solution.
