Menarik, kebiasaan berenang ini sedikit demi sedikit mulai di bangun. Semoga bisa berjalan dengan baik. Ini kebiasaan yang sangat sulit sekali untuk dibangun.

Swimming, an extra effort

I am trying to have two times swimming per weak and I start to realized that it is very difficult. Three is almost impossible, I have try two and half, but it seems is impossible. I can compare it with Movie, I think each months I only can watch 2-3 movies. For example in Dec 2022, I only can enjoy Knives Out 2, Bullet Train and Avatar 2. Avatar is special as it is in Cinema, watch it with family, while Knives Out 2 and Bullet Train -that was Netflix main promotional movie. The same vibe like The Menu (2022) best of Disney+ Hotstar. Just quick recap of this:

  • Nov: Top Gun 2, Pengabdi Setan 2
  • Oct: – (no interesting movie in Oct)
  • Sep: Thor: Love and Thunder, KKN Penari
  • Aug: Prey (this only 1 interesting movie)
  • Jul: Minions 2
  • Jun: Jurassic, Doctor Strange (Summer Movies)
  • May: Lost city, The Batman, No Time to Die
  • Apr: Death on nile
  • Mar: Glorious Day
  • Feb: Ghostbuster Afterlife
  • Jan: Venom 2:

I start to realize, movie is the same. Exercise of physical you have a limit. If you cross the limit, you will get hurt. Exercise of mind, you also have a limit. For example, Stealing Raden Saleh (2022) is a bad movie, it is too long. However completing this movie is good challenge. I will taste a good movie, after I experiencing bad movie like Raden Saleh. Consider this as investment. This is why you need to watch bad movie in order to enjoy good movie. Bullet train for example, the problem is too long. Altough it is enjoyable in the beginning.

My first swim

Renang pertama kali di Hotel Tentrem Jogja, 27 November 2022. Senang sekali, tidak menyangka ini akan banyak merubah hidup, apalagi setelah usia 40 tahun. Prestasi terbesar umur 30 tahun adalah belajar berlari, prestasi terbesar umur 40 tahun adalah belajar berenang.

November dalam hidup saya sangat bermakna, mulai dari kebiasaan menulis (Nov 2003), lari (Nov 2013) dan berenang (Nov 2022), dalam rentang 10 tahun ini akan sangat bermakna sekali. Termasuk menikah (Nov 2004)

Swimming minimum requirements

It is similar with running, you can do it anytime and anywhere. Its only need a swim short actually. Very small one. However for minimum comfort at least you need:

  1. Google
  2. Towel (very small one just to comfort)
  3. Underpants (assuming that swimming pants is mandatory)

Other than that the extra are

  1. Body wash (sabun)
  2. Hair gel

Overall its only 700 gram. Interesting. When there is a water, there is time to swim.

Menarik

Menarik ini catatan baru mengenai percobaan berenang. Membuktikan sekali lagi bahwa perjalanan ke luar kota sering kali membuka perspektif baru. Kali ini mengenai hidup sehat.
