Framing a crime

I start to realize that justice is modern invention, is a advance social instrument. One of my childhood friends, hit a children by his car. My friend maybe around 16 or 17 -not even legal to have driving license. He is drunk at that time. The victim is young children about 9 or 10 years old, in the morning, doing nothing in the side of the road. Menegakkan keadilan in this situation is very difficult. Loophole is everywhere here. Randomly hitting using car means there is no motive (mens rea). Moreover the solution is ganti rugi. Frame this as accident is cheating.

It also remind me that frame any crime (kejahatan) as fraud (deception, penipuan) is also misleading it can be cheating. The guy will not be guilty assuming that it was not his mistake that the investment goes south. In insurance case, old case in the past, my decision is right.

I found this in reddit. Surprised that this is new ads and people start discuss this in reddit thread. And I found that that ads might be misleading. The reason as follows “There’s a bit less flexibility, but if you have a specific skillset or you’ve been working in a specific industry and have found leadership that trusts you you can make it work“. So its need two things to be worked out: 1) specific speciality (skill e.g infrastructure, valuation or industry e.g banking); however although getting this one aspects seems impossible, you need to get the second things 2) leadership trust.

I start to learn about human behavior, which I found very interesting, knowing that smart people are more likely to get scammed -and not only once. However this is super scary, knowing most of us is vulnerable.

For me its July 2022, its a Tax Office Auction (Penipuan Lelang Online). I get scammed for around 3 minutes via phone. Which is super scary at that time considering:
1.The way they speak very authority
“Pak Anjar, apakabar, masih kenal saya? kok lupa sih, kan terakhir ketemu”
I get tricked, because that is they way my client talk to me. I am waiting for the client call. And I am afraid that I might lose some money. This is the same thing as greed fear -fear will loosing the money.

2.It will not be a lie
At that time I saved -get back to reality after I realized it is scripted. This is credited to some event in 2005/2006 where my friend trick me with recorded audio in the phone pretending someone angry to me. My logic at that time saying, this will not be prank, as this is a phone call -I never thought that it was recorded message.

1.Profession: appealing to authority or respected (doctors, lawyers, law enforcement)

2.Act: Acting to according to the social norms (help a sick child, to the desire for a romantic partnership, and someone wouldn’t purposely lie)

Vulnerable Victim:
1.Naiveté, overconfidence in one’s intelligence or abilities, an overly optimistic expectation of immediate success in life, or a desire to feel good about helping others.

Crime is crime. Ferdy Sambo is criminal. The crime is obvious: killing. It is even written, ruled out in somewhere 3000 years ago (1000 BC) as the basic rule: not kill, not steal, not lie – a general moral virtue (mo limo). But in short to kill, no steal, no lie. And in the context of modernity, I think the most important rules is “Thou shalt not kill” especially in the context of cyber crime -you can not kill in the cyber (dunia maya).

I found its weird people can give advice on something that they already know. For example in the area of business improvement. I think to have comprehensive business improvement, it should be covers:

I need someone who know about the legal aspect, the government relationship guy that know how to make things work. However sometimes the legal specialist that applicable in market is only the one that its purpose is as giving “stempel” (stamp of approval).

Basically I need someone that very good at number.

Well, I don’t think that I am going to need this kind of guy. This is the worst, as the advice mainly will be coming from:
