Every man for himself
“Nanti komunikasinya satu pintu ya pak” as my friend told me. I just confuse with the proper translation of this statement. It can be “one door”, “open door”, or “single point of contact”. “Satu pintu” is situational phrase just like “Every man for himself” that can be is an individualistic ideal. It teaches self-reliance, self-sufficiency and independence. It is depend on the context which can be an extreme such as “Take good care of yourself first other than others”? versus “Do your job on your own without others’ help”?
